HOW MedicSPA WORKS
- The bathtub is filled with hot water (35'C-40'C).
- Ozone released into the water through the Far-Infra Red Energy Mat.
- In the process of producing ozone, 5000 per cc of Negative ion is also released into the surrounding air.
- The ozone squeeze into 300 tiny holes on the Mat, creating millions of bubbles collide with each other producing Ultrasonic Waves.
- The heat of the water interacts with bio ceramic fiber on the MAT to release Far-Infra Red Rays(FIR).
- Ozone then breaks into oxygen, 289 higher than normal oxygen
- Aromatherapy bath oils are added to the water
- Herbal Spa Salts are added to the water
- Ready to take bubble bath -> ultrasonic wave will penetrate through the skin bringing together with ozone, oxygen, FIR, oils and salts into the bloodstream, organs and bones
FACTORS INFLUENCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MedicSPA
a) Tub and Water Level
- Depth is more important then length
- Best water level:-
*ideally up to shoulder for full body baths *keep below chest level for poeple with heart problem
b) Bubble Intensity
- Elderly and people who lack of exercise -> low intensity
- Morning -> high intensity
- Night -> low intensity
c) Essential Bath Oils
- All essential bath oils are formulated specially for the use with MedicSPA machine
- All are made from natural ingredients with no added chemicals and 100% water soluble :-
* refreshes our body and mind
* make us alert
* improves our immunity
* have antiseptic property
d) Moya Spa Salt
- All three Moya spa bath sakts rich amounts of natural minerals -> magnesium, potassium, zinc, sodium, sulphur and chloride
- The MedicSPA machine is designed to aid in the absorption of each of these healthy ingredients
- The Moya salts can help to:
* increase blood circulation
* exfoliate -> scars
* remove water retention, fats and oily skin
e) Frequency of Bathing Per Day
- once a day = bath
- twice a day = wellness
- thrice a day = treatment
f) Water Temperature
- Warm bath: 36'C-38'C, hot bath: 39'C-42'C, very hot bath: 42'C-46'C
- Alternating bath: 3-5 minutes hot bath & 10 seconds cold bath (repeat for 2-3 times)
- Tense muscles and anxiety -> use hot bath
- Tired and stresses out -> warm bath followed by short, invigorating cold bath to help stimulate the body and mind
- Cold is stimulation -> it causes superficial blood vessels to constrict, shunting the blood to internal organs, increasing internal activity
- Hot water is relaxing -> causes blood vessels to dilate, and removes wastes from body tissues, slowing down the activity of internal organs
- Alternating hot and cold water -> improves elimination, decreases inflammation and stimulates circulation
Body Position During Bathing
